Roadkill
As we were preparing the camping gear and Homer (our camper) for the trip from Indian Springs to Pine Mountain, Mommy proposed that she dress the children while "on the road".  Without any hesitation, John Micah responded...
 "But Mommy, a car might run over us".

Astronauts and Groovy Girls
Mother Goose was explaining to John Micah that, according to CNN, there was going to be a growing demand for astronauts in the future.  Lainey followed-up by saying... "Well, I saw on Fox News there's gonna be a big demand for "Groovy Girls" too.
 
And Chris Daughtry for President!
In 2008, Mommy asked the kids who they thought should win American Idol.  Lainey emphatically replied "OBAMA".  "She's been watching too much CNN with Mother Goose if you ask me".
